Easy Vegan Chocolate Cake

¼ cup: | cider or balsamic vinegar |

- 2 cup water (or soy or rice milk)
- 1 cup of oil (sunflower or vegetable)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup cider or balsamic vinegar
directions
Preheat oven 350°. Lightly grease pans & dust with cocoa powder or flour.
Sift the dry ingredients together. Mix in the water, oil, and vanilla.
Mix vinegar and baking soda in separate bowl and then add to mixture.
Spoon the mixture into cake pan or a cupcake papers. Bake for approximentaly 40 minutes for cake or 20 minutes for cupcakes.
