They offer a wide variety of vegetarian appetizers, entrees and side items. My favorite items include the vegetarian lettuce wraps and the steamed vegetable dumplings. Try their budget-friendly happy hour with a variety of discounted drinks, as well as, vegetarian small plates.

Seasons 52 vegetarianSeasons 52 is a seasonal inspired fresh grill and wine bar. A great choice for the perfect date night out or celebrating a special occasion. The menu offers items for every taste including many vegetarian and vegan options. The menu changes its selections with the seasons and the  specials change weekly. The best part about this unique dining experience is that none of the menu items exceed 475 calories!
A vegetarian or vegan menu can be requested by the host, but I’d recommend looking over the regular menu as well because the ‘diet specific’ menus do not reflect the seasonality changes. My favorite year-round items include the farmer’s market vegetable plate, artichoke and goat cheese flatbread and the seasonal inspired arugula salad.
Don’t forget about dessert! The mini indulgences are a concept originally created by Seasons 52. The only vegan dessert offered is the fresh fruit. Also, beware that any mini indulgence that contains mousse also contains gelatin. I recommend trying the red velvet cake, key lime pie or the cheesecake.

Columbia RestaurantEvery­thing about the Colum­bia Restau­rant is Span­ish and Cuban influ­enced, the decor, the food, the san­gria (a must have.) Although most of the menu is non-veg friendly, they do offer an exten­sive menu with sev­eral veg options. I enjoyed the fla­vor­ful Black Bean Cakes with gua­camole as a starter and then overindulged in the starchy vegetarian “cubana”.

These dishes are rich, hearty and flavorful. The Columbia Restaurant is a great place to bring out-of-town guests to experience Floridian-Spanish style cuisine.

  • Cuban Black Bean Soup over a bed of white rice and topped with diced raw Spanish onions
  • Beefsteak Tomato Salad tossed with julienne sweet onions, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and garlic
  • Queso Fundido: Tetilla cheese baked in a Rioja tomato sauce and served with toasted Cuban bread points
  • Black bean cakes served with guacamole and sour cream
  • Eggplant Riojana: sliced eggplant breaded with ground plantain crumbs, smothered in Rioja sauce of tomatoes, garlic, capers, olives and red wine. Topped with melted Galician Tetilla cheese
  • Vegetarian “Cubana” Yuca, black beans, white rice, platanos, tostones and sautéed fresh vegetables.
